Responsibilities
Concepting and creating original content for social media, email, web, paid ads and more in the digital space
Talent to inspire clients and team members with great design craft and visual storytelling
Partner with copywriters to bring ideas and solutions
Lead on-site social productions locally and travel for shoots on location
Develop creative strategies and ideas that are culturally relevant
Develop original visual concepts
Receive and apply feedback from reviews both internal and with clients
Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment
Own projects through revisions and versions
Good client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client's challenge
Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in design
A strong aesthetic sense and excellent attention to detail; solid design work and the samples to show for it
Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion
Experience with designing in digital and social platforms
Good communication skills in fast-paced workload, attention to detail, able to meet deadlines
A strong portfolio reflecting digital content experience
Basic motion design / animation skills
Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills
Confidence in directing talent on productions to execute social concepts
The ability to follow direction, and give and take constructive criticism; an aptitude for time management, organization, and communication
The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
A basic understanding of UI/UX and an interest in the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations
