Advanced working knowledge of personal insurance coverages and services
Substantial experience in marketing and servicing the insurance needs of personal accounts
Understanding of personal insurance rating concepts
Demonstrated strong professional, tactful negotiation, and persuasion skills to achieve objectives
Ability to operate Agency Management Systems
Demonstrated ability to instill confidence with clients so that client looks to you and to as more than just an insurance broker, but as a partner in business
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility
Advanced interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with carriers to achieve goals
Demonstrated understanding of when to proceed alone and when to involve the Department Manager or others
Wholly understands the concept, issues, and overall impact of the personal insurance marketplace
Strong understanding of personal insurance risk management concepts and when they are useful to clients
Ability to make decisions in compliance with established standards of quality performance and service
Personal presence to interface with top management of other businesses, representing in the highest professional manner
Willingness and ability to expand knowledge and effectiveness in the personal insurance industry by successful completion of extended classes and workshops related to insurance

5+ Years experience working as an Account Executive, Sales & Risk Consultant or a Personal Lines producer, with Personal Lines (High Net Worth Clients)
Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, changing environment
Ability to execute oral and written instructions
Ability to work independently to organize and manage time to meet deadlines
Ability to speak in front of large groups
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
