Sales Manager - Thermosets

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in Thermosets, Coatings, and Adhesives markets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities; expand existing accounts
Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet profitability goals
Manage and grow key accounts; serve as primary client contact
Understand customer objectives and provide customized solutions
Conduct regular client meetings to review projects and identify growth opportunities
Apply chemistry expertise to advise on product applications and performance
Collaborate with customer R&D and production teams to deliver technical solutions
Provide technical sales support to demonstrate product value
Partner with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Production) to align on customer needs
Share customer feedback to guide product development
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
Conduct market and technical analysis to identify growth opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events
