Responsibilities

Process sales deal packets accurately
Match PO's, reconcile vendor statements and post AP invoices
Research and resolve any discrepancies
Ability to handle up to 500 invoices per week
Vendor maintenance, reconcile monthly invoices
Maintain files and documentation accurately and in accordance with GAAP
Support other accounting functions as needed

Required

Previous retail automotive experience
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
