Director of Employee Benefits Sales
Venrollment is the industry leader in retirement plan communication, trusted by advisors and brokers nationwide. They are seeking a passionate, performance-driven Director of Employee Benefits Sales to lead the go-to-market strategy and distribution efforts for their new Employee Benefits communication solution.

Responsibilities
Lead the go-to-market and distribution strategy for the Employee Benefits platform
Identify, pursue, and close new business with brokers, consultants, and benefits partners
Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline that meets or exceeds growth targets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach with market needs
Represent Venrollment at industry conferences, webinars, and partner meetings
Track and report performance metrics to executive leadership
Provide product feedback and competitive insights to support future development
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, brokerage, or benefits SaaS distribution
Strong understanding of the EB landscape, including health, ancillary, and voluntary benefits
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to work remotely and travel for onsite meetings and conferences
