Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategies aligned with FFP’s mission
Lead long-term strategic planning and goal setting for the product organization
Establish best practices for data-driven product management
Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities
Own the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Influence product portfolio decisions to enhance competitive positioning and optimize performance
Develop cross-functional marketing plans to ensure strategic alignment across business units
Guide product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Product Management
Experience in Financial Service Industry background
Strong track record in product marketing with strategic alignment to business objectives
Experience in software development or technology industries
Expertise in developing and executing GTM and product rollout strategies
Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Experience in early-stage startup environments, Agile/Lean methodologies preferred
AI/ML-based product development experience is a plus
