Required
Master's degree required (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field) w/ Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager delivering structured, enterprise-scale projects
Demonstrated experience managing SAP S/4HANA enhancement or rollout initiatives
Solid understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies
Proven ability to manage medium-complexity projects across multiple global locations and time zones
Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a global, matrixed environment
Project management certification such as PMP or SAFe preferred
Preferred
Experience delivering SAP solutions in a GMP / GxP-regulated environment
Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
Experience supporting post-go-live hypercare and stabilization
Project management skills training, such as PMP, SAFe certification
