Desktop Administrator
CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a Desktop Administrator to join their knowledgeable team to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the credit union's PC/VDI infrastructure and related systems. In this role, you'll help ensure the desktop systems run smoothly to empower teams in serving the community.

Responsibilities
Performs daily monitoring of desktop environment for possible issues
Performs daily review of logs for assigned systems
Manages design, configuration, and documentation of Physical Computer deployment
Remains in a reasonable amount of contact with the credit union when out of the office for business purposes
Provides ongoing support to internal staff regarding efficient operation and use of computer systems in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, referring only more difficult problems to senior staff
Performs all job functions with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism
Exhibits the credit union's seven service standards promoting a culture of welcoming all and putting people first whether they are a member or a coworker
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in networking, computer programming, or a minimum of two years equivalent relevant work experience
Familiar with Active Directory, Office 365, and EPM
Knowledge of desktop computer and server operating systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
Ability to work independently and accurately under pressure to meet business needs
