Responsibilities
Meet with clients upon arrival to build rapport and identify any active or pending legal matters (CPS, probation, court appearances, or warrants)
Gather all legal points of contact and ensure accurate documentation is maintained
Send and track all Enrollment Letters, Progress Letters, Weekly UA results, Proof of Services, and other required legal documents
Create and update weekly legal treatment plans and maintain detailed client legal folders
Coordinate and ensure on-time transportation to court, CPS, and probation appointments
Serve as a professional and supportive representative of the facility at all legal and social service appointments
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and documentation abilities
Knowledge of legal and social service systems (CPS, court, probation)
