Responsibilities

Lead the design and ownership of end-to-end solution architectures leveraging ServiceNow automation and AI capabilities

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs aligned to best practices

Provide architectural leadership and design assurance across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment

Work closely with delivery teams to support build, configuration, testing, and release activities

Support process analysis and automation feasibility assessments, identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation

Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, supporting solution roadmaps, technical decision-making, and long-term platform strategy

Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, and supportability

Required

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical consultant within a professional services or enterprise environment

Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using ServiceNow, including one or more of the following: Stream Connect, ServiceNow RPA, Automation Center, AI Control Tower, Zero Copy Connectors, AI Orchestrator, AI Fabric, AI Agents, Now Assist AI Agents

Solid understanding of enterprise automation, integration patterns, and AI-driven orchestration

Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project consultancy setting
