Responsibilities
Lead by influence cross-functional teams (business units, subject matter experts, marketing, underwriting, actuaries, operations, technology, user experience and design) to develop go-to-market and resource plans for offering operating model, operational scale, and technology & digital enablement requirements
Assess addressable market opportunities, develop and/or evaluate supporting business case
Scope and prioritize requirements & activities based on business ROI and customer impact
Develop positioning strategies, drive launches, and evaluate messaging with stakeholders
Apply test and learn approach to design and development, measuring impact/appropriate KPIs to incorporate into go-forward iteration
Act as a product and solution evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Own a portion of the ABA opportunities and take responsibility for solutioning design, development, launch and revenue associated with these opportunities
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience (min 3 years) in product development or as a Product Owner or Product Manager working in an Agile framework, ideally leading Agile teams
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product and service throughout its development lifecycle
5 years of business experience, including 1+ years in a regulated industry (insurance, banking, financial services, or healthcare)
Belief in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs by telling a compelling story with sufficient gravitas to galvanize the team and make real-time decisions
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and get work done through and with others while navigating complex large matrixed organizations while maintaining an Agile discipline
