Responsibilities

Get hands-on experience with our Engineering team developing state-of-the-art planetarium display systems and immersive dome structures

Join our Engineering team and dive into immersive software development

Support our Venue Sales team through every stage of the sales cycle—from prospecting and lead management to proposals and event execution

In AVL and Dome Operations, you’ll help deliver cutting-edge, live immersive experiences

Join Our Team Behind The Scenes To Support Exceptional Guest Experiences And Smart Content Operations

You’ll work on optimizing the customer journey by analyzing performance data, improving self-service tools, and contributing to the systems that support our front-line teams

You’ll assist in evaluating internal priorities and market trends to inform scheduling and content planning

Help shape the future of Cosm’s B2B products, from video capture to AI-enhanced tools

In Finance you will support forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis

In Accounting, you will focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, and core accounting processes

Join our Creative Production team in Audio Design & Production

In Audio Design, you will use your sound design and Unreal Engine skills to create immersive soundscapes

In Production, you will coordinate immersive content pipelines, manage assets, and support post-production logistics

In Manufacturing, you’ll work on Continuous Improvement, working with engineers and ops leaders to analyze workflows, propose solutions, and implement real efficiency upgrades

Join our Venue People & HR team and support key HR functions

In IT, you’ll support the tech infrastructure that powers our venues

In Venue Operations, you’ll work closely with our Venue Entertainment team to help bring bold, guest-facing activations to life

Work on astronomy-themed content within our Digistar planetarium software

We're hiring across several exciting marketing functions including Venue Marketing, Communications & Graphic Design & Video Editing

Qualification

Required

Ideally, Junior or Senior at the start of the program

Available to work onsite in a hybrid capacity

Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period

Legally authorized to work in the U.S

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
