Responsibilities

You will independently manage complex Treasury client accounts, ensuring accurate setup and functionality

You will review and verify legal and regulatory documentation for new and existing account openings

You will collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to resolve documentation issues

You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, updating clients promptly per the Sundown Rule

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems and improve processes

You will build strong client relationships through proactive outreach, fraud prevention, and training

You will mentor junior team members and continuously expand your product and system knowledge
