Responsibilities

Shape the future of your category while driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Own the P&L for a major category, responsible for topline growth, profitability, customer experience, and managing key vendor relationships
Develop and execute strategic plans that expand product selection, drive operational excellence, and improve vendor terms
Dive deep into business performance metrics and industry trends using analytical skills
Lead long-term Joint Business Planning, own complex negotiations, and identify growth opportunities
Find creative ways to reduce costs while enhancing the overall customer experience
Define and prioritize meaningful ways to delight customers, contributing to the development of new programs and features
Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Advertising, Marketing, and Account Management to drive initiatives
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation
Translate data into actionable insights, make high-impact decisions, and ensure the company meets customer needs throughout the year

Required

5+ years of with Excel experience
5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
