Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to coordinate product improvements and new product introductions
Launch, release, approve, and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to support Design Engineering and Operations for both new and existing products
Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend appropriate tooling and process requirements
Apply DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, Test, etc.) principles to reduce manufacturing and product costs while improving delivered product quality
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing / Process Engineering
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Engineering Change (ECR/ECO)
DFx (DFM, DFA, DFT)
Assembly & test process development
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & PFMEA
Cost, tooling, and process optimization
3–6 years in Manufacturing or Process Engineering
Hands-on experience in assembly and test environments
Manufacturing processes and test methodologies
Engineering change control
Continuous improvement and failure analysis
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related)
