Responsibilities

Lead moderately complex implementations of integrated Oracle solutions, ensuring quality, on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. Combine industry best practices and Oracle product expertise to meet customer objectives while following Oracle methodologies, policies, and contractual obligations to minimize risk

Direct cross-functional delivery teams; provide guidance, remove blockers, and coach team members on standards and best practices

Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and project plans for small projects and sub-projects

Proactively identify and manage risks/issues; escalate and provide mitigation plans when milestones or schedules are at risk

Ensure alignment to the statement of work, customer standards, and Oracle delivery methodologies; maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables

Communicate clear, executive-ready status updates to customer stakeholders and Oracle leadership

Influence customer management decisions to drive adoption, resolve conflicts, and achieve business outcomes

Manage acceptance of deliverables; partner closely with customers to set, track, and manage expectations

Support business development by identifying extensions and new opportunities; provide domain credibility to consulting sales

Govern change control and contractual adherence to minimize Oracle’s risk and exposure

Oversee support-phase deliverables and schedules as projects transition to stabilization and ongoing support

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience

Proven experience leading technology implementation projects (preferably Oracle Cloud Applications or Technology)

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence

Expertise in scope/change control, risk/issue management, and project financials

Familiarity with Oracle delivery methodologies, policies, and compliance requirements

Ability to translate business needs into solution approaches aligned with industry best practices

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
