Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process within assigned areas, including sourcing, negotiations, contract lifecycle management, cost-savings initiatives, and purchase order administration, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures

Execute procurement activities that support organizational goals and objectives

Oversee the full contract and purchase order lifecycle, including tracking and managing contracts, purchase orders, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier onboarding

Negotiate or renegotiate business terms, including pricing, to secure optimal value from vendors

Conduct opportunity assessments to identify cost-saving measures and streamline vendor utilization

Identify potential vendors and coordinate due diligence activities across departments as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, legal, information security, vendor risk management, and finance

Adhere to the organization’s risk management and control framework

Support procurement activities within Ariba Contract and Procurement modules, including contract workspace management and purchase order creation and release
