Caldera Medical is a growth stage medical device company dedicated to improving the quality of life for women. They are seeking a Sales Associate to develop a sales career in medical device sales, supporting a Territory Representative and eventually managing several accounts post-training.

Responsibilities
Support a Territory Representative (TR)
Assume ownership for several accounts post training
Maintain all existing revenue
Attend surgical cases in the operating room
Build pipeline momentum of opportunities
Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience
Experience selling face to face
Consistent track record of attaining sales goals
Live within territory you're supporting
Strong relationship building and critical thinking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed
Strong organizational skills
Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time, with some overnights required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Outlook
