Responsibilities
Lead the design and sales process for high-end residential clients from concept through construction
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and site constraints
Prepare high-end residential landscape designs using Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion
Develop project proposals, generate estimates, and present them to clients
Coordinate with project managers, crew leads, and subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of the design intent
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews
Maintain accurate documentation and support hand-off to operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Licensed Landscape Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience
Strong plant knowledge and a passion for high-quality, sustainable design
Experience working with high-end residential clientele and a proven ability to communicate vision and value
Sales experience and comfort leading client presentations and design consultations
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion
Ability to estimate landscape construction projects accurately and confidently
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Valid Landscape Architect license or evidence that licensure is in process (active application, exam scheduling, or state board documentation)
