The Testing Technician I will be responsible for the setup, running, data collection, and analysis of tests for validation of electronic systems within ONICON's instrumentation portfolio.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional, performance, and qualification testing of electronic systems
Perform troubleshooting and testing at engineering direction
Collaborate with the Engineering Team in the development and execution of test plans and procedures
Document and present test results in a clear, organized, and professional manner
Maintain testing equipment and ensure lab safety protocols are followed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of hands-on testing experience in a laboratory or engineering environment
Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Associate's degree or better in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, or related scientific discipline
Experience testing or assembly PCBA's
Familiarity with testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Power Supplies, Frequency Counters, Multimeters
Experience with environmental testing (e.g., temperature, humidity)
IPC Specialist certifications
