Responsibilities
Lead and manage the removable department team (technicians, support staff)
Oversee case flow, production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery
Ensure quality standards and fabrication protocols are met or exceeded
Implement and monitor digital workflows where applicable
Train and mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and foster a positive work environment
Communicate with clinicians and internal departments to resolve technical issues
Maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the lab area
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on removable prosthetics experience, including full and partial dentures
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a dental laboratory setting required
Strong understanding of traditional and digital removable processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the team
