Responsibilities

Open CDK Repair Orders to mirror Tools Repair Orders in real time, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy across platforms
Review and audit completed Repair Orders from the previous day for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company, warranty, and regulatory standards
Validate that all relevant documentation—including parts, labor, and service details—is properly recorded in both CDK and Tools ROs at the time of closing
Ensure strict adherence to AutoNation policies, warranty requirements, and industry standards for all service documentation
Provide administrative support to the Service Leadership team, assisting with various duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
Support service and fleet teams in scheduling, dispatching, and other key operational activities
Handle incoming phone calls professionally and assist with general inquiries when necessary
Assist the Operations Manager with additional projects and tasks as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in automotive service operations, administration, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency with service management software (e.g., CDK) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude
