Responsibilities

Driving improvements by automating IT and infrastructure processes

Provide onsite and remote guidance for Engineers and staff

Provide end user guidance to Ubuntu Linux, Mac OS, and Windows platforms when needed

Coordinate issue resolution with operations and engineering staff, working with domain specialists to resolve issues

Provide feedback, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for platforms and services

Manage own time to fulfill tasks efficiently, in the correct priority and to the required level of quality, within the context of the objectives supplied by the manager

Participate in the deployment, support, maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN and Cloud network infrastructure

Required

Production experience with automation and orchestration tools related to IT infrastructure

Production experience with Ansible, Terraform, Grafana or Prometheus

Production experience with Juniper Networks or Palo Alto Networks

Production experience with Rancher or Kubernetes

Production experience with AWS

Experience participating in security framework audits such as SOC2 or ISO:27001

Experience with MinIO

Experience collaborating in an infrastructure-as-code production environment

Experience using Git for collaboration in an infrastructure-as-code production environment

Expertise delivering the right services at the right time in a rapidly changing business environment

A strong understanding of SSO concepts including SAML, OIDC and supporting users with MFA, etc

Excellent project and time management skills, ability to manage expectations in a deadline-driven environment and to balance strategic projects with day-to-day accountabilities

Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication
