Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate health care professionals to join their team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels in clinical departments and coordinating schedules for nursing services.

Responsibilities

Developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines
Coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services
Plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents
Distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility
Ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations

Qualification

Certified Nursing AssistantLTC/SNF/AL/MC experienceMicrosoft Office WordMicrosoft Office ExcelTime managementAttention to detailWritten communicationOral communication

Required

Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
Must possess a strong sense of personal organization and time management
Must have impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
