Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking a Front Office Host to join their Front Office Team. This role involves guest registration, communication of hotel services, and creating a positive guest experience, including handling check-ins and checkouts. The position also entails responsibilities as an Overnight Host/Night Auditor, requiring attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions

Processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires

Greet guests, handle check-ins, checkouts and guest requests on the third shift in a friendly, attentive, courteous and efficient manner

Responsible for the preparation of all night audit procedures and reports

Balance the day’s work, identify and correct errors and complete detailed work accurately

Performing other duties as assigned
