Wealthspire is a leading wealth management firm serving various clients across the United States. The Senior Human Resource Coordinator supports HR processes, including onboarding, record-keeping, and project management, while providing administrative assistance to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities

Schedules meetings, submits expenses, and provides calendar support for the Chief People Officer and HR leadership

Supports project management for HR initiatives and cross-functional organizational projects

Organizes, tracks, and follows up on HR priorities, action items, and deadlines

Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions

Completes and verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files

Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes

Assists with the preparation and coordination of the internship program, performance review and goal setting process

Files documents into electronic appropriate employee files

Assists with or prepares correspondence as requested

Performs other related duties, ad hoc projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience

At least 3-4 years of related experience required

Strong project management and follow-through capabilities

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures

Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
