The role requires strong field leadership and technical precast knowledge to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently across multiple states.

Responsibilities
Manage daily onsite operations of precast erection projects
Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, fabricators, GCs, and engineers
Ensure compliance with safety programs and project specifications
Track schedules, productivity, and key project milestones
Resolve field issues in real time and maintain clear documentation
Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates
Oversee quality control of precast installation
Assist with planning, sequencing, and project logistics
Qualification
Required
Precast erection and/or precast fabrication experience required
Hands-on field experience in construction required
Strong understanding of precast drawings, rigging, and erection procedures
Ability to travel regularly and manage multiple active job sites
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
