Analyst, ABS Lending

The Analyst in ABS Lending will support the origination, structuring, and execution of securitization lending transactions across various asset classes, while also contributing to the management of existing transactions within the portfolio.

Responsibilities
Develop strong understanding of the securitized lending product across different asset types
Support mid and senior-level team in the origination, structuring, and execution of securitization lending transactions
Develop strong understanding of the bank’s execution processes and systems
Support team in preparing presentation materials for client meetings
Contribute to the preparation of internal credit application materials
Contribute to the management of existing securitization transactions within the portfolio, including performance monitoring, annual reviews, and program amendments
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in structured finance preferred
Strong software and presentation skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Highly collaborative and flexible in a team and client environment with ability to form good relationships internally and externally
Able to coordinate and communicate with various internal departments across the bank locally and internationally
Strong communication skills and ability to learn complex concepts
Works well in a culturally diverse and team-oriented environment
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and an interest in continuous learning
Interest in the securitization product and market for securitization transactions
