Responsibilities

Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of student housing projects

Manage all project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reporting

Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success

Oversee onsite progress to ensure quality control, safety standards, and adherence to plans/specifications

Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and cost tracking

Foster strong relationships with ownership, campus partners, and local entities as needed

Prepare and present project updates to leadership and ownership groups

Ensure timely delivery of units, amenities, and turnover milestones
