Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of investment product initiatives, provide expertise to stakeholders, maintain project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Collaborate with internal teams on investment products and enhancements and lead team meetings to set clear agendas and ensure effective communication and accountability
Act as the main contact for partner firms, assist with due diligence and coordinate issue resolution
Research market trends and competitors, analyze data, and provide insights to inform product strategy and positioning

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress towards is a plus)
Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Experience with managed accounts and/or advisory platforms preferred
Understanding investment products, including SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, and ETFs
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation formats
Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel required

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
