Responsibilities

Assess software quality through manual testing and validate APIs using Postman
Review and analyze system specifications and collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies and plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results to ensure compliance with specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects and report bugs to development teams
Troubleshoot issues and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Required

6+ years of experience as Functional QA Tester
Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman
Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex joins
Experience working in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with JIRA for test case management and defect tracking
Solid understanding of functional testing concepts

Preferred

Familiarity with automation concepts (good to have)
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience in post-release validation and regression testing
Exposure to automation tools and frameworks
