The Market Research Interviewer will collect valuable insights through guest satisfaction surveys, ensuring high-quality data collection while engaging with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

Ensure interviews conducted are done with the highest level of quality by properly administering each survey without falsification of data and bias

Perform survey research by using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines

Meet assigned quota for survey collection

Record respondent’s answer’s with 100% accuracy, including typing respondent’s verbal answers to survey questions

Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner

Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld

Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols

Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere

Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions

Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages

Perform other duties as assigned
