Client Service Lead

The Client Service Lead will oversee the Client Service team, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional client experiences while fostering team development and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Client Service team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Oversee daily client service operations and ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Manage workload distribution, set priorities, and monitor performance metrics for team members
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities
Serve as escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives
Manage the complete client life cycle for assigned relationships
Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues & external partners
Prepare and process client onboarding documentation
Facilitate money movements, transfers of assets, charitable contributions and RMDs with high level of accuracy
Monitor cash & account activity, custodian alerts and confirm completion of submitted requests
Prepare for and attend client meetings as necessary, manage follow-up and documentation
Monitor external alternative investments; complete subscription agreements, process & track capital calls/distributions
Provide quarterly overview of billing calculations using provided comparisons
Proactively communicate with and anticipate the unique needs of your clients
Create & maintain formula-based analytics using Excel
Manage special projects and life events based on client requests
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
Strong strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated success in change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (high level of competency in Excel)
Strong decision making-skills and ability to handle escalated client issues effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
