This internship offers undergraduate students a paid opportunity to gain real-world experience by participating in key management meetings and meaningful projects over a typical 10-12 week summer period.

Responsibilities
Analyze Bid Costing and Process
Maintain and update bid database, analyze past opportunities and metrics
Suggest and Implement Process Improvement
Communicate with clients and vendors
Assist Application Engineers with estimating
Assist with tracking and reporting proposal progress
Analyze different client requirements and specifications to understand cost impacts
Review different designs and its cost impact
Prepare reports/ presentations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years of college coursework completed in an industrial, mechanical, process, electrical, or chemical engineering field
Sophomore credit equivalency (30-59 hours) with a GPA of 3.2 or higher required
Must be dependable, highly motivated, and self-directed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Proactive thinker and self-motivated
Strong time, project, and organizational management skills
The ability to work independently
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
