Responsibilities
Help manage and process a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, software and data licenses, NDAs, and engagement letters
Update and maintain contract templates
Prepare contract-related reports and analytics as needed
Support teams across multiple business areas, including Technology, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and more
Assist with the rollout of a new AI-powered contract negotiation and management tool
Maintain and update the contract management system as policies or business needs change
Train new users on the contract management system
Qualification
Required
Corporate paralegal experience required
Experience working within financial services required
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with internal teams and external vendors
Willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
