They are seeking a Principal Technical Training Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced technical training programs focused on Testing and Subsea. This role involves supporting both internal employees and external customers through technical education and product sales training.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver complex technical training programs, including on-the-job training, course development, and product-specific instruction

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and implement solutions aligned with Product Service Line (PSL) business objectives

Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance training effectiveness, cost efficiency, and employee development timelines

Mentor and coach less experienced instructors and team members

Stay current with industry advancements and integrate best practices into training programs

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related field

8–12 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Learning & Development, or PSL operations, including curriculum development and delivery

Proven subject matter expertise in Testing and Subsea within the oil and energy industry

Demonstrated ability to manage global training projects and programs

Strong project management, adult learning, and competency development skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels

50% Travel Internationally
