Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation

Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial statement preparation

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and completeness

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data

Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance reports

Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
