Responsibilities

Performs preventative maintenance tasking on all HVACR equipment

Starts systems, observes operation, read gauges and instruments, and adjusts mechanisms

Screws, bolts, rivets, welds, and brazes parts to assemble structural and functional components such as motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring harnesses, valves, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes

Discuss system malfunctions with users to isolate problems. Installs wiring to connect components to electric power source

Lubricates fans, motors, and control units. Replaces defective/worn parts

Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment

Must be able to complete PM and work order activity in CMMS

Required

3+ years of experience in HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance and repair in a facility/plant environment

Must have a Universal EPA/Refrigerant License

Perform Heating, Cooling, Exhaust Fan PMs

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain all HVAC equipment

Self-starter, prioritize work orders based on deadlines and equipment issues

Ability to read & understand system blueprints, specifications, performance data

Ability to use electrical meter, megger, amp clamps. 480V and below systems

Ability to cut, thread, weld, braze mechanical piping

Ability to learn all FAC equipment

Respond to equipment downtime

Responsible to 5S & COP all areas including desk, worksite, tools, FAC spaces

Driver's license

Experience with the following types of equipment: HVACR, Air Compressors, Pump and Plumbing Maintenance, Basic Electrical and Mechanical Skills are required
