Per Diem - Customer Service Specialist - Urgent Care
Access: Supports for Living is dedicated to providing support for frontline staff in various administrative roles. They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist clients with registration, manage phone communications, and maintain organized records in a high-volume community counseling center.

Responsibilities
Responsible for answering phones, keeping workspace, folders, and charts organized, and assisting clients with registration
Be customer focused, able to multi-task in a high volume community counseling center
Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling client appointments
Setting up charts, filing, archiving, purging charts, and billing for medical services visits
Registering new clients for services
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Have computer skills and experience
Possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role
Experience working with electronic health records
Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
Able to work in open space floor plan
Must be capable to move throughout work day (and follow individuals throughout the community)
Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet
Must be able to move in tight spaces
Occasional lifting of > 25+ pounds
Preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
