Account Manager
Rickner Smart Solutions is seeking a Commission-Only Security & Low Voltage Solutions Consultant responsible for full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing deals. The role focuses on selling security camera systems, alarm systems, and low voltage wiring projects while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and following up on company-provided leads
Consultative Sales: Meet with potential clients (residential and commercial) to assess their needs, conduct site surveys, and provide expert recommendations for customized security and low voltage solutions
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional sales proposals and quotes for recommended systems and services
Sales Execution: Confidently present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed established sales targets
Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest security technology, low voltage standards, and Rickner Smart Solutions' full range of offerings
Qualification
Required
Must be a highly motivated, results-driven self-starter who can manage a sales territory independently
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to CCTV, network wiring, and sound systems
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for client travel
Preferred
Proven sales experience is highly preferred, especially in security, low voltage, technology, or a related industry
