Business Development Director
Oracle is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to expand and deepen its presence in the federal civilian market, particularly focusing on DHS agencies. This role involves driving capture efforts ahead of RFP releases and aligning Oracle's solutions with the mission priorities of federal customers.

Responsibilities
Drive capture efforts 6–18 months before RFP release—mapping target programs, funding lines, and key decision-makers
Align Oracle’s secure, compliant solutions to the mission priorities of our federal customers
Leverage established relationships, teaming network, and domain expertise to drive early engagement and position Oracle as a trusted technology partner to civilian agencies
Qualification
Required
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
This position requires a security clearance
Experience in business development within the federal civilian market
Established relationships with DHS agencies including: CBP, I&A, FEMA, TSA, CISA, USCIS, and ICE
Ability to drive capture efforts 6–18 months before RFP release
Experience mapping target programs, funding lines, and key decision-makers
Ability to align Oracle's secure, compliant solutions to the mission priorities of federal customers
Experience leveraging established relationships and teaming network
