Larry H Miller Sports & Entertainment is dedicated to the growth and success of soccer in Utah. As a Social Media Intern, you will learn about the brand and assist in creating content for social media platforms while collaborating with various creatives.

Responsibilities

Works directly with the Social Media Coordinator to create a content plan for your assigned Club and Community social platforms

Manage season-long projects to create, develop, plan, and execute

Capture cell phone video at RSL/URFC matches, training sessions, Community Relations events, etc

Learn social media brand and formulate copy for platforms accordingly

Tracks, analyzes, and monitors social media analytics

Brainstorm creative ways to create content across social media platforms

Assists with Real Salt Lake media needs on matchdays

Track and execute emerging social media trends on TikTok

Other duties as assigned

Required

Strong interest in social media and writing skills

Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere)

Able to commit to 20-30 hours per week

Possess knowledge of current and emerging social platforms

Must be reliable, have great communication, and organizational skills

Must be creative, detail-oriented, and efficient, as you will be asked to create content under strict time restrictions

Must be able to create professional-grade content by deadlines for the Utah Royals

Ability to pass a background check and become SafeSport Certified

Ability to work independently and in a team

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the team's schedules

Preferred

Basic knowledge of soccer is not required, but highly suggested

Bilingual language ability is preferred
