Building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external customers
Identifying key business opportunities through collaborative business planning
Identifying relevant insights, leveraging industry knowledge to advance the beverage category/space strategy and solutions
Partners with key internal customers and retailers to build an effective space and assortment strategy
Viewed by retailers as a subject matter expert in space & assortment
Leverage retailer relationship to gain fair share or more space
Focused mainly on managing reset scheduling and space lab team
Travel up to 20% of the time, but majority of time spent in office
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 7 plus years of related experience with 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 10 plus years of specific experience with 5 plus years of management experience
