Saviance is a fast-moving software company seeking its first dedicated IT Administrator to build and maintain internal IT infrastructure. The role involves day-to-day support, system administration, security compliance, and IT onboarding/offboarding for employees.

Responsibilities
Provide daily helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in key systems (Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses
Oversee device provisioning, shipping, and asset tracking
Implement and maintain security protocols (MFA, device encryption, patching)
Support compliance readiness (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) in partnership with external consultants or Security/HR leads
Monitor endpoint protection and proactively manage vulnerabilities
Manage SaaS tools and integrations (SSO, provisioning, admin consoles)
Automate workflows and onboarding processes where possible
Collaborate with leadership to develop IT policies and procedures
Handle IT onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departures
Set up accounts, access, and hardware for new team members
Provide remote training or documentation on tool usage and best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools
Working knowledge of device management (e.g., Intune, Kandji, JAMF, or equivalents)
Familiarity with security practices (MFA, VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection)
Comfort supporting Windows and Mac environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who can operate independently and collaboratively in a remote-first/hybrid environment
Preferred
An undergraduate degree or diploma from a well-regarded post-secondary school
