Answer and manage incoming telephone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
Organize and schedule meetings or appointments as required, ensuring effective time management
Handle documentation processes with accuracy, ensuring that records are well-maintained and accessible
Manage email and other forms of correspondence promptly, ensuring communications are clear and organized
Assist in the smooth running of the office, managing supplies, and coordinating with different departments as necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is advantageous
Strong ability to effectively communicate and address client needs with a positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and utilize CRM systems effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Friendly and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
Capable of resolving issues efficiently and independently, with a detail-oriented approach
Must be able to work full-time on-site in San Jose, California
