Required

Lead on-site teams, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects
Proven expertise in light industrial, data center, and federal construction
Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and project management tools
Ability to travel nationally up to 80% of the time
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
