Document project scope, boundaries, and exclusions; manage change requests as needed

Build and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, tasks, and dependencies

Track progress against deadlines and identify schedule risks early

Lead regular status meetings and deliver clear reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Maintain organized documentation and communicate updates consistently across teams

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies; manage issue tracking and resolution

Use dashboards and project management tools to monitor progress across individual projects and the broader portfolio

Conduct project retrospectives and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement
