Responsibilities
Prospecting, relationship building and business partner enhancements including but not limited to:
Networking, including out of state events, lunch and learns, coffees, lunches and office visits
Keeping our CRM updated with activity, leads and client information
Bidding and putting proposals together for projects including CAD/project layouts and designs including new project site visits
Developing long-lasting customer relationships
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years in a service-based industry
3+ years of experience in a sales or design role in a service-based industry
Experience with prospecting leads, relationship building, and a proven track record of sales and/or business development
Experience bidding on projects, preparing proposals, and presenting those to clients
A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a relationship focus
A self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in the wood flooring or an adjacent service industry
CAD experience is preferred but not required
