Responsibilities

Requesting, organizing, and reviewing medical records

Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery

Assisting with e-discovery and document management

Managing calendars, deadlines, and court-related filings

Providing clerical, administrative, and organizational support to attorneys

Maintaining accurate time entries and assisting with basic office functions

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Minimum of two years civil litigation experience

Experience in e-discovery

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Working knowledge of basic office functions

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
