Marketing Promotions Manager

Aramark Destinations is seeking a Marketing Promotions Manager to drive Supplier Partner growth at IPS Rebates. This strategic position focuses on joint business planning, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and bridging marketing, sales, analytics, and supply chain to enhance supplier brand visibility.

Responsibilities

Creates a repeatable JBP process for Supplier Partner meetings
Analyzes IPS supplier partnerships and creates annual targets for Joint Business Planning sessions to support Supplier objectives
Applies insights to map a 12–18-month calendar of supplier promotional activities
Communicates K-12 and Smart Rewards insights to all Supplier Partners
Develops and administers annual supplier surveys
Maintains all supplier contact details in Salesforce
Conducts on-site supplier visits to strengthen relationships, uncover operational insights, and identify joint growth initiatives
Serves as the Smart Rewards expert, conveying clear value and business impact to engage supplier participation
Applies JBP insights, supplier website reviews and resources to devise and present plans for Smart Kits & Smart Resources
Recommend Smart Rewards improvements to continually evolve the program for Supplier satisfaction
Leads the development of K–12-focused supplier campaigns using insights from JBP sessions to drive volume growth
Partners with the Communications & Growth Manager to align target audience messaging and outreach
Activates campaigns across HubSpot, IPS Rebates Smart Rewards, Smart Kits, and social media platforms
Tracks campaign performance and synthesizes results to optimize impact
Assembles and delivers Smart Rewards and campaign results to suppliers and internal stakeholders
Partners with Supply Chain Contract Owners to evaluate new opportunities and deliver compelling IPS program presentations to prospective suppliers
Informs Supply Chain partners of K-12 trends, supplier successes and challenges
Participates in contract meetings for K-12 focused partners

Qualification

Required

Minimum five (5) years of marketing, communications and/or business planning experience, demonstrating a record of progressively increasing responsibility
Experience in developing customer-focused growth promotions
Experience and demonstrated ability on the use of the following: email marketing software (Pardot or HubSpot) and Salesforce
Demonstrated confidence in presenting and selling promotional growth opportunities to middle and upper management, both remotely and in person
Above average computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications – Teams, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and connect with a wide range of stakeholders
Foodservice Industry experience is required; K-12 segment experience is an additional asset
A professional and engaging presence, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in their abilities and a strong sense of initiative
High energy and results-driven, with a proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building capabilities
Creative and adaptable, able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
A foundation of integrity, strong values, and active listening skills

The successful candidate must possess a 4-year college diploma in Marketing or Communications
